Howly Raas: Howly is an important place of Barpeta District of Assam.Raas Mahotsav is celebrated every year here.Howly Raas Mahotsav has completed its 84th year.Raas is the festival of love of Lord Krishna and Radha. It is observed every year in the month of Kaati at Purnima Thithi as per Indian Traditional Calendar.
